Updated New Function on Surface (Water Repellent and Oil Resistant), we use the 10oz heavy weight flame resistant cotton duck(–canvas—) outside and inner material we even use 6.5oz Flame Resistant cotton printed plaid. More heat and arc resistant ATPV 14 Calories/cm2+8.2 Calories/cm2.
2 Sided Design:
Every welding cap may have 2 sided use, but we designed this style to be truly 2 sided. We stitched both sides with strong threads, so when you turn the inner over, a different color shows up.
6 Panel Design:
Extra 6 panel design with different color cam track stitches make these caps more beautiful.
PLUS SIZE FIT:
The depth is enough to cover half of your ears (7-7 3/8 7.5inches, 7 1/2-7 7/8 7 3/4inches). The crown size we increased 1/8inches because of the heavy materials. So after that, it will be a perfect fit true to size and provide more comfort while wearing them!
