Apply Knifeless tape to a panel, arranging the tape in the shape of the design you want to cut. Apply the vinyl over the top of the knifeless tape, smoothing out any creases and air bubbles. Pull the end of the tape to free the cutting filament inside (it will look like a length of string). Pull the filament smoothly to slice the vinyl. Then remove the excess vinyl, and enjoy your design.
